Jekyll Node JS Custom CMS
Project Description
We had a chat with Ryan (a pastor and a superb front-end developer) and he was clear on what he wanted accomplished, a custom cms for church website, fast and light. Based on our talk, we decided to go with Jekyll and since it light and it supports MarkDown to easily change content. We also use Stripe API to handle all subscriptions and Airtable API (check the link here) to act as our database since Jekyll does not have such stuff.
The end product is very robust and quite awesome and i loved working with Ryan and we continue to push updates and hopefully make church website accessible to all churches
